1-2-1 YOGA
I offer 1-2-1 yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs. If you prefer to work on your own and to your own unique pace, one-on-one tuition is perfect for you. Sessions are also perfect for beginners and people with injuries or health conditions, and are taken in my studio space in Hitchin or online via ZOOM.
Some of the reasons people choose a 1-2-1 practice are:
wanting a practice that is unique to you and your individual needs
health factors such as (but not limited to): high blood pressure; issues relating to the spine, joints, muscles; issues concerning nervous system; mental health
need for an accessible practice that is not accommodating for in group classes: I have adapted yoga classes for students who are profoundly deaf or have partial hearing loss; for amputees; excessive hypermobility; autoimmune disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Stills Disease, Graves disease, Fibromyalgia ; and physical ailments such as Diastasis, Hernia, Stenosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, to name a few.

It also means that the session you book is exactly what you’d like it to be. So if you fancy a dynamic practice or a more restorative, prop supported practice, that’s exactly what you get.

1-2-2 YOGA
Many people like to practice with a friend, partner, family member or colleague. As with 1-2-1 sessions, the practice is tailored to the needs of each individual, brought into harmony by practicing your way, together.

MYOGI FOR MENOPAUSE
These sessions are designed to help you cope with the symptoms of and changes occurring during peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopausal stages. The sessions utilise yoga and wellbeing practices to help you to cope with symptoms ranging from (but not limited to) anxiety, fatigue, mood swings, hot flushes, night sweats, pelvic issues, as well as supporting bone and heart health and your immune system. The sessions are designed to empower and uplift, as well as nurture and support.
